In OOC, you can create just about anything under the sun as long as it follows the basic rules. OOC is where people can be themselves, or do something random. All of the other rules still apply except that you don't have to stay in character in OOC. Another thing about OOC is that you can make your own rp. You can come to OOC and have your own stories and own characters completely different from the in-game rp. With that though, there are a few additional rules that should be easy to follow.
-Be sure to remind other rpers in your own rp that they still have to follow the basic rules
-You can't just kick someone out of your rp for no reason
-If something comes up, such as someone is just being a complete ass, pm me and I will fix the problem
-To create a OOC rp, go to the OOC RP section, create a new topic, and start rping
-Post all character sign-ups in the character sign-up section
